Dispatch & delivery

• Ready products are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Personalised and made-to-order gifts need 2–4 working days to craft before dispatch.
• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch; remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies to smaller orders. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Once your order ships you'll get the courier name and tracking number by email, and on the Track order section of My account.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refused COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number.

Return & Cancellation Policy

At Giftowant.com, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customized gifting solutions. Our Return and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return policy

Returns are accepted under specific conditions to maintain quality and fairness. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• Time Period for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Unpacking Video Evidence: Customers must provide a clear, continuous video of the product being unpacked, showing the condition of the item and packaging. Returns without this evidence will not be processed.
• Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, undamaged (except as noted below), and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and freebies (if any) included.
• Eligible Return Reasons:
  • Damaged Products: If you receive items that are damaged during transit, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and videos of the damaged product and packaging, along with the unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification, with return shipping costs covered by Giftowant.com.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If there is a defect that affects the product’s usability, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos, videos, and the unboxing video. We will evaluate the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Customization: If the final product does not match the approved design specifications, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, videos, and unboxing video). We will replace the item at no additional cost.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customer-Approved Designs or Orders: Once a customer approves the design or confirms the order for customization, the product cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances, except in cases of incorrect customization as described above.
  • Customized Products: Orders processed for customization after order confirmation are non-returnable and non-cancellable, unless defective or incorrect as per the above conditions.
  • Minor Variations: Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, size, or print due to manufacturing processes or material characteristics.
  • Change in Preference: Returns due to a change in customer preference or personal taste are not permitted.
• Return Process:
  • Contact our customer support team at support@giftowant.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Provide the order number, reason for return, unboxing video, and any additional photos or videos as required (e.g., for damaged products or incorrect customization).
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect customization.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Time Period for Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the customization process has not yet started.
• Non-Cancellable Orders:
  • Orders that have been processed for customization after order confirmation cannot be cancelled.
  • Customer-approved designs or orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted due to changes in customer preference or minor variations in color, size, or print resulting from manufacturing processes.
• Cancellation Process:
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support team at support@giftowant.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once approved, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns or cancellations as per the above conditions.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect customization.
